Epoch GCH Hockett Gulch Holdings LLC
Epoch GCH Hockett Gulch Holdings LLC, acquired the Reserve at Hockett Gulch land parcel from Brue Baukol Capital Partners in October 2020. The purchase is a joint venture between Game Creek Holdings, a Colorado-based development company, and Epoch Residential, a Florida-based multifamily developer and operator.
The Epoch GCH Hockett Gulch Holdings team has been working over the past year to design the Reserve at Hockett Gulch project, and submitted initial plans to the town of Eagle in July 2021 for development permit review.
