Brue Baukol Capital Partners (BBCP) is an entrepreneurial real estate investment firm based in Denver, CO. BBCP’s areas of expertise include multifamily, office, industrial, for-sale residential, land and large mixed-use projects. With assets developed and/or under management exceeding $420 million, BBCP’s holdings currently include over 385,000 square feet of industrial properties, a 13-acre development site in Denver’s RiNo’s district, a 37-acre mixed-use development at I-25 and Dry Creek and the roughly 1,000-acre mountain resort community of Frost Creek, near Eagle, Colorado. BBCP purchased Frost Creek in March of 2015 from Owner/Developer Fred Kummer. The acquisition included 2,655 total acres of land consisting of the 18-hole Adams Mountain Country Club championship golf course, 5-member cottages, 96 residential lots, 5 lots with spec homes, and a fully operational 1,650-acre ranch. In July 2016, BBCP sold the 1,650-acre ranch to a conservation conglomerate including Eagle County Open Space, ensuring it will remain free from future development.
After successfully purchasing Adam’s Rib Ranch from Fred Kummer in March 2015, in late 2015 BBCP completed the acquisition of roughly 30 acres of land that Mr. Kummer also owned on the western edge of the Town of Eagle known as the JHY Property (now Reserve at Hockett Gulch).

Mr. Brockman’s career has spanned may aspects of the multifamily rental real estate industry including market feasibility, project financing, development, construction, onsite construction management, property management, as well as asset management. In addition, Mr. Brockman has also been involved in the management of day-to-day functions necessary to operate a multifamily operating platform.
